15 kinds of our own hot peppers, brined, blended and bottled. Peppers include West Virginia Fish Eye, Buena Mulata, Red and Purple Cayenne, Carolina Reaper, Scotch Bonnet, Scorpion, Thai hot, etc. Brine is water, 3 types of vinegar, salt and fresh crushed garlic.
